In order to open the regime menu, you have to click on the reports icon in the lower right corner (screen above). What I installed was a link similar to yours on Microsoft.I assumed the dll file was part of it I may have been mistaken. Unless so can get the file from your friend or from your other PC. So that should be the last attempt to fix the problem not the first.
And sometimes those sites that offer DLL files contain virus. Usually doesn't fix the problem because you are missing more not just the DLL file which causes the error message.
So be careful with that file you downloaded.ĭownloading DLL files is a bad idea.
Bela555: Did you try to install/reinstall Visual C++ 2013 and Visual C++ Redistributable Package?ītw maybe I'm wrong but I don't think you can download DLL files from Microsoft.
